Singer and songwriter Joy Villa recently turned heads and dropped jaws when she showed up at the Grammys wearing a red, white, and blue gown with the words “Make America Great Again” embroidered down the side in silver. The dress also featured the word “Trump” across the back.

Villa appeared to be more than eager to show off the one-of-a-kind get-up and even took to Instagram to post a photo along with a message, which read:

Go big, or go home. You can either stand for what you believe or fall for what you don’t. Above all make a choice for tolerance and love. Agree to disagree. See the person over the politics, carry yourself with dignity, always. Life is made to be lived, so go boldly and give no effs! ?❤️????⭐️?✨ #love #peace #joyvillagrammys #joyvilla #maga #grammys2017 #style #supportamerica

The post was met with love and hate alike, but according to numerous news outlets, Villa’s sales have skyrocketed since the stunt.
