The Secret Service has reportedly removed one of their top agents after she commented on Facebook that she would rather “take jail time over a bullet” for President Donald Trump.

As reported by the Washington Examiner, former special agent in charge of the Denver District, Kerry O’Grady, has been on administrative leave since January. Now reports have surfaced that her former position has been added to a list of agency openings.

Some former and current agents are worried O’Grady will simply be transferred to another position in the Department of Homeland Security and allowed to serve there until she can retire.

Those anxieties stem from the 2015 controversy in which the agency allowed Secret Service Director Alvin “A.T.” Smith to transfer to another post in DHS after the agency suffered a string of embarrassing security breaches.

Agents are also concerned that high-level officials tried to protect O’Grady, as the Secret Service reportedly knew about O’Grady’s Facebook comments in October but did not investigate until the Examiner broke the story.
