An elderly couple was bound with duct tape and robbed inside their home in Franklin, Indiana, Monday night while held at gunpoint with their own guns.

Authorities believe the suspect, Reese Keith, hid in the couple’s garage and when they left Monday, Keith went inside the home. When the couple returned home after running errands, they came face to face with Keith, who was wearing a ski mask and armed with guns he stole from the couple’s home.

Keith bound the couple, burglarized their home, then made his escape in the couple’s car, which was found abandoned not far from the house.

The couple remained bound for about two hours before they were able to free themselves and call for help. They suffered minor injuries, but are recovering.

Keith remains at large and the guns he stole have not been found.
