SilencerCo has announced it will be holding a free suppressed firearms shoot at the Buffalo Chip Gun Range during this year’s Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, one of the largest bike rallies in the country.

According to the announcement, those who sign up will have the opportunity to shoot the integrally suppressed Maxim 9 handgun, as well as an assortment of other firearms, at the Buffalo Chip Gun Range in Sturgis, South Dakota.

SilencerCo has said the Maxim 9 is the first integrally suppressed 9mm handgun that fits in a holster and also boasts the handgun reduces gunshot sounds to safe levels with all 9mm ammunition.

Shooting appointments are available 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Aug. 6 and Aug. 7 during the motorcycle rally. The signup is free and spots are expected to quickly fill.
