An arrest warrant has been issued for a Philadelphia man wanted for selling stun guns on the subway.

NBC 10 News reported that Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority Police Chief Thomas Nestel III announced the warrant Wednesday for Phillies fan Michael Anthony Luna, 28, and released photos of the suspect on Twitter.

Police say Luna was trying to sell the stun guns on the Market Franford El line on or around May 5, and police have also received other unconfirmed reports of someone attempting to sell the devices.

Luna, who can be seen in the surveillance images wearing a retro Phillies tank top and hat, has been charged with five counts of possession of stun guns.

“This fella is putting people in a very bad position because he doesn’t tell folks that possession of a stun gun is a misdemeanor offense,” Nestel said.
