Gunwerks introduced its latest GSeven branded ballistic rangefinder, offering up the BR2500 to consumers looking for laser rangefinder capabilities.

The BR2500 boasts a major tech upgrade, pushing the rangefinder’s effective range to over 2,500 yards dependent on conditions. The setup also offers exceptional laser beam divergence, set at .75 MRAD. Optimized for hunting conditions, the rangefinder features advanced signal processing tuned for ranging animals instead of reflective surface targets such as steel.

As with Gunwerks previous model rangefinders, The BR2500 serves up five on-device programmable ballistic profiles and sensors for range, pressure, temperature and incline in addition to providing outputs for wind compensation.

“This is our most advanced ballistic rangefinder yet,” Aaron Davidson, Gunwerks founder and CEO, said in a press release. “We came out with the BR2 six years ago, and this is the natural progression of ranging and ballistic technology. With the BR2500, we’re meeting or exceeding ranging capabilities previously only available in advanced military technology, while still retaining the Class 1 eye-safe designation with our laser.”

The G7 BR2500 is currently available from Gunwerks’ site but will soon be on select dealer shelves with a MSRP of $1,599.
