Traditions Firearms’ latest break action single shot rifle, the Outfitter G2, is officially out the door and on its way to dealer shelves.
The Outfitter G2 features a Chromoly 22-inch fluted barrel perfect for whitetail and large game hunting. Lightweight, the centerfire rifle is easy to carry and boasts accurate results in the field. The long gun offers an 11-degree target crown in addition to the point of balance moved rearward to allow smaller shooters the ability to wield the gun.

Certain caliber models are equipped with a custom muzzle brake that aims to reduce recoil. While every model is outfitted with a transfer bar system and trigger block safety. In addition, the rifle is legal in a variety of state’s hunting seasons to include existing rifle seasons but also in certain states expanded Straight-Walled Cartridge and Primitive Weapons Season.
The Outfitter is available in the following calibers: .357 Mag., .35 Whelen., 44 Mag., .45-70, .243 and .35 Rem. Base pricing starts at $439 with prices rising depending on Cerakote option and accessories.
