U.S. importer Legacy Sports International introduced the new HOWA Australian Precision Chassis, or APC, developed for long range shooting.

The fully adjustable LUTH-AR MBA-4-Stock features an adjustable length of pull as well as an adjustable comb height that is designed to compensate for scope height over bore. With a stock mounted on an AR-style buffer tube system, the Howa APC touts a Hogue grip and three position safety.

Offered in 20-inch, 24-inch and 26-inch heavy barreled options, the rifles are all outfitted with a two-stage, creep free H.A.C.T. trigger. Each rifle ships with a 10-round magazine with the scoped package option also featuring a 20 MOA EGW rail for optics. The scoped package comes with the Nikko Stirling Diamond Long Range 4-16×50 scope.

“Take advantage of the accuracy and modularity of the Howa APC and configure the rifle to your specific needs. The APC is thoughtfully constructed to fulfill the demands of today’s most uncompromising precision long-range shooters and hunters,” Legacy Sports said in a press release.

The APC ships with the Legacy Sports International Lifetime Warranty and Sub-MOA Guarantee.

“The HOWA Lifetime Warranty and Sub-MOA Guarantee are a testament to the confidence we have in our HOWA rifle lineup, and the commitment to our North American customers that they will enjoy their HOWA for years to come,” the importer commented.

Spitting out .223, 22-.250 and .308 in the 20-inch and 24-inch configurations and .243, 6.5 Creedmoor and .308 in 24-inch and 26-inch models, the HOWA APC offers a MSRP of $1,089 to $1,205 for the standard black rifle option and $,1405 to $1,565 for scoped options.
