Apex Tactical Specialties is set to release the latest in its series of trigger kits, this time unleashing a Flat-Faced Forward Set Trigger Kit for the Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0.

The patent pending trigger kit design for the M2.0 reduces trigger travel by 40-percent while boasting a crisp trigger break. Apex says its trigger break is so clean it will remind shooters of a single action 1911 pistol with its smooth operation.

The Flat-Faced Forward Set kit is engineered specifically around Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 series. The trigger kits currently works alongside all models to include the 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP calibers in addition to the newly released M2.0 Compact.

The combination of the springs, factory sear and trigger return springs grants users the ability to set the trigger pull weights to a duty/carry weight all the way down to a competition weight.

The new trigger kit will be available from Apex on Nov. 20 with a MSRP of $169.95.
