Creedmoor Sports announced a new Bench and Field Shooting Mat designed to deliver versatility, durability and portability to shooters on the go.

The Bench and Field Shooting Mat features a 1,000 Denier Cordura construction that offers a lightweight and water-resistant design. Folded, the mat measures just over 15-inches by 17-inches with a thickness measuring 1.5-inches. Creedmoor Sports says the mat was created to easily slip into packs or carried alongside rifle cases without adding bulk.

When opened, the company says, the mat offers a protected area of 81-inches by 31-inches to keep shooters out of dust, dirt and mud. In addition, Creedmoor Sports outfitted the mat with a slip of 1/2-inch layer of foam padding to better protect elbows while shooing, introducing a little more comfort.

“The Bench and Field Shooting Mat is designed for shooters that want a versatile mat with all the custom features and performance that Creedmoor is known for, plus the added value of a great price,” Brent Books, sales and marketing manager for Creedmoor Sports, said in a press release. “Our shooting mats are developed by shooters for shooters and handmade, so you can count on Creedmoor to have you covered on quality and performance.”

The Bench and Field Shooting Mat is available online in a multitude of colors through Creedmoor Sports carrying a price tag of $69.95.
