Alliant Powder announces two new reloading propellants, Red Dot and Green Dot powder.

Set to debut at SHOT Show in Las Vegas, the new powders come in three container sizes — one-, four- and eight-pound bottles.

The Alliant Powder Red Dot is an improved formula designed to burn cleaner while delivering better flow characteristics. Designed for best use alongside 12-gauge target loads, the Red Dot is made in the U.S.

Designed for handicap trap loads, Enhanced Green Dot offers versatility allowing shooters to tote it in field or at the range. Also boasting cleaner burning capabilities, the Green Dot also supplies reliable, consistent performance, according to Alliant Powder.

“Alliant Powder offers shooters even more consistent and cleaner-burning performance with the release of these improved products,” Brian Anderson, Senior Marketing Manager for Alliant Powder, said in a statement. “The original high-performance clay target powders just got even better.”

Prices start at $24.99 for the one-pound bottle climbing to $169.99 for the eight-pound canister.
