The Utah-based suppressor powerhouse has a new fully welded, full-auto rated multicaliber can with no barrel restrictions ready to accommodate everything from .22 Hornet to .300 WM.

Made stainless steel with Inconel baffles, the new 20-ounce, 6.9-inch Chimera is both shorter and quieter than SilencerCo’s successful Saker 7.62 can so you get the same suppression while shedding ounces and inches.

More importantly, company reps on hand at SHOT Show in Las Vegas last week told Guns.com the suppressor is built tough enough to “handle almost anything” and it has no barrel restrictions unlike a lot of cans on the market.

The Chimera includes a quick-attach ASR mount and a 5/8×24 muzzle brake but is also compatible with legacy Saker ASR front caps, mounts, and muzzle devices.

MSRP is $1,030 and, after a lengthy breakup, SilencerShop has gotten back together with SiCo, putting the past two years behind them, which should make the company’s offerings easier to pick up.

Now let’s roll that Chimera footage.
