The SquareDrop Pistol joins the Bushmaster lineup, available in 5.56 NATO and 300 AAC Blackout.

Featuring barrel lengths at seven-, nine- and 10-inches, the SD Pistols are named  for the Advanced Armament Corp Square Drop modular free float system. The SquareDrop rail allows for easy accessory mounting while the free-float design ensures accuracy, according to Bushmaster.

The SD Pistol boasts a 4150 chrom-moly steel barrel, FNC treated for durability and ruggedness in the field and on the range. The carbine features a MIL standard upper and lower paired with an AAC Blackout flash hider, Hogue overmold grip, ALG Defense fire control group and SB Tactical arm brace.

Bushmaster says the partnership with SB Tactical brings arm braces designed by U.S. veterans to consumers looking for an American built arm brace for stability and improved control while shooting. The company added that the SD Pistol with SB Tactical accoutrements is ideal for close quarter engagements with its compact size and 30-round magazine capacity.

The SD Pistol from Bushmaster is available now with a MSRP of $1,399.
