MagPump LLC has officially begun shipping its 9mm Mag Loader, designed to ease the tediousness and strain of loading pistol magazines.

The Mag Loader is a hopper-fed, loose-ammo loader that eliminates hand fatigue caused by repetitively loading magazines, the company says. The ammo loader reduces overall loading time by more than 50-percent increasing the amount of time gun owners can spend doing other tasks.

Made in America, the Mag Loader comes in two distinct models — a standard configuration and ELITE model. The standard is crafted from a lightweight polymer while the ELITE is created using a CNC machined aluminum billet which is then black anodized and laser engraved.

Boasting a 50-round capacity, the pump-action lever sorts ammunition and allows the loader to load 30 rounds in less than 30 seconds. Equipped with built-in safeties, the mag loader prevents damage to ammunition.

“As gun owners ourselves, we know how time-consuming loading magazines can be, and how repetitive loading fatigues your hands,” Garret Armstrong, MagPump’s chief marketing officer, said in a statement. “MagPump solves those problems by offering a more efficient way to load magazines. There’s no other product like this on the market. We’re proud to make the MagPump 9mm Luger available to military personnel, law enforcement, shooting competitors, and gun enthusiasts.”

The 9mm Mag Loader is compatible with double stacked magazines for CZ-USA, Glock, Ruger, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson and Springfield Armory. The Standard model retails for $149 while the ELITE comes in at $799.
