The Glock Store launches gun video channel independent of YouTube (VIDEO)

Lenny Magill is one of the most recognizable faces in the greater Glock community, and he is starting a gun-centric video platform.

The reason Magill gives for the establishment of GunVideo.com is that “there is a very real possibility that GlockStore’s YouTube Channel may soon be deleted and the hundreds of hours of valuable, instructional based videos will be lost,” due to changes in YouTube’s policy on gun content.

Currently, the Glock Store has 121,000 subscribers, which is less than some YT gun channels but isn’t too shabby when you consider they are a commercial outlet. By comparison, Brownells has about half as many subscribers on their channel and Glock‘s company channel only has about 46,000.

Magill has also said he will open GunVideo.com to other firearm-related content creators.

“Unlike YouTube, we appreciate your time and viewership as well as respect, and support both the 1st and 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution,” he said.
