International Firearms Corporation, distributor of BUL LTD, launches an elite series of 1911s in the new 1911 Classic Series from BUL .

The 1911 Classic Series comes to America from Israel for the first time, delivering three new 1911 models — the Government, Commander and Ultra. The Government touts a five-inch barrel with front and rear slide serrations. The model also adds an enlarged safety lever and mag well with full length G10 Grips to its design.

Following the Government is the Commander model. The Commander offers a slightly smaller barrel at 4.25-inches but keeps the G10 Grips and slide serrations. The Commander also features a black oxide finish on the frame paired with stainless steel slide.

Rounding out the series is the Ultra 1911, a lightweight and compact configuration tipping scales at 1.51-pounds. Sporting a 3.25-inch barrel on an officer sized aluminum frame, the pistol is outfitted with G10 Grips.

“The BUL 1911 Classic Series was created because the 1911 design has served in conflicts around the world, trusted by law enforcement as well as civilians for personal defense. As most 1911 enthusiasts know, the options on this platform are almost endless, so BUL took the enhancements they believed to be the most important and combined them into our 1911 line in an attempt to cater for every need,” IFC said in a press release.

The 1911 Classic Series is in stock through IFC, priced at $649.
