Winchester announces Xpert Snow Goose loads now shipping

Winchester expands its Xpert Steel ammunition line adding Xpert Snow Goose loads designed for wing shooting.
The Winchester Xpert Snow Goose ammunition boasts proprietary Xpert High-Velocity steel shot introducing more energy on target and less target-lead required, according to Winchester. The Xpert Snow Goose uses a Diamond Cut Wad providing better pattern density and a low visibility tube to mask empty shells.
“Winchester Xpert Steel has been synonymous with waterfowl hunters for decades, and now Winchester adds to its famous line, announcing Xpert Snow Goose ammunition in 2019,” Winchester said in a news release. “Hunters looking for adrenaline-pumping action, high bag limits and the opportunity to perfect their wingshooting skills now have an all-new, re-engineered load that is ideal for snow geese.”
The 12-gauge ammunition comes in 3-inch and 3.5-inch lengths and is in stores now. The ammo retails for just under $20.
