Steyr Arms introduces Elite Experience for consumers (VIDEO)
Steyr Arms revamps its customer experience with a new program, known as Elite Experience, created to better service Steyr’s customers after their purchase. The Elite Experience is built on four fundamentals, according to the company — lifetime limited warranty, sub-minute MOA guarantee on bolt-action rifles, free world-class training and VIP privileges.
The standout of the Elite Experience is Steyr’s commitment to bringing two-day training to every Steyr customer who purchases a centerfire rifle over $1,250 in 2019. The two-day course fits within the Steyr Arms Academy granting consumers the choice of AUG Carbine Course, a Scout Rifle Course, a Precision Hunter Course, and a course for the HS .50/.460. All are taught at the CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park.

“Our limited lifetime warranty and our long-standing sub-MOA guarantee aren’t really anything new to the industry,” Steyr Arms CEO Scott O’Brien said in a news release. “But our complimentary training is what truly sets us apart.
