The Glock 19X was Glock’s answer to the United States’ request for a new combat handgun. While the design was ultimately not selected, the Glock 19X has found great success on the domestic market as a self-defense handgun.
If you carry a Glock 19X, you also need to train with it, which is where this Guns.com TacPack comes in handy. With our setup, you can shoot through 116 rounds of 9mm without needing to reload mags.
G19X Design
The Glock 19X is a 9mm semi-auto handgun that features a Glock 17-sized frame and grip, which accommodates the standard 17-round magazines. The slide is the same size as the Glock 19, thus offering a more compact solution.
The advantage of the design is combining a larger grip for more control and a slightly increased capacity with a smaller slide for a faster draw time and easier carry. The handgun also features a custom FDE color scheme that has garnered the affectionate nickname of “Peanut Butter Glock.” The frame also features a lanyard loop, common on military handguns.
The Package
Usually, a new Glock 19X would only include two 19-round and one 17-round magazines, but we’re offering a package deal that includes two additional 40-round magazines manufactured by ETS.
ETS is well known for its extended capacity magazines, and the ETS polymer Glock-pattern mags double the handgun’s standard capacity.
The handgun will come in a standard case with some cleaning tools and manuals.
Summary
Glock is perfection. It’s hard to argue against the success and reliability of the Glock platform. While it may not have gotten any huge military contracts, the color scheme, extended capacity, and the combo of Glock 17 and 19 dimensions make this a solid handgun. Besides, who couldn’t use a few extendo clips?
