Citori 625 Field

Browning Citori 625 Field

The Browning Citori 625 Field is an over-under shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, 20 gauge, 28 gauge and .410.

The Citori 625 Field is one of 12 shotgun variants in Browning’s Citori line, but what makes it unique is its steel receiver with a silver nitride finish. The receiver also features high-relief engraving. The stock is grade II/III walnut with a close radius pistol grip and Schnabel forearm.

The 625 Field also uses a forcing cone that minimizes the number of deformed pellets, resulting in a more uniform shot pattern.

Common features for the Citori line include back bored barrels (12 and 20 gauge only), a process that increases bore diameter resulting in higher shot velocity, reduced recoil, and more uniform shot patterns. Barrels are also fitted for interchangeable choke tubes.

Its barrel selector system allows shooters to choose which barrel shoots first. Its automatic ejectors eject spent shells when the breech is open. And it has corrosion-resistant chrome-plated chambers for increased durability.

Browning recommends the Citori 625 Field for use hunting geese and other waterfowl as well as upland game birds.
