Citori Grade VII Lightning

Browning Citori Grade VII Lightning

The Browning Citori Grade VII Lightning is an over-under shotgun chambered in 12 gauge, 20 gauge, 28 gauge and .410.

The Citori Grade VII Lightning is one of 12 shotgun variants in Browning’s Citori line, but what makes it unique is that it features a steel receiver with a blued or grayed finish and full coverage high-relief engraving with gold enhancements.

The stock is grade VII walnut with a gloss finish and has a traditional round knob, a full fore-end, and a lightning style stock–a design of John M. Browning. The Grade VII Lightning also features a deluxe recoil pad that aims to reduce the impact of heavy loads.

Common features for the Citori line include back bored barrels (12 and 20 gauge only), a process that increases bore diameter resulting in higher shot velocity, reduced recoil, and more uniform shot patterns. Barrels are also fitted for interchangeable choke tubes. Its barrel selector system allows shooters to choose which barrel shoots first. Its automatic ejectors eject spent shells when the breech is open. And it has corrosion-resistant chrome-plated chambers for increased durability.

Browning recommends the Citori Grade VII Lightning for general sport shooting.
