X-Bolt Micro Midas

The Browning X-Bolt Micro Midas is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .243 Win., 7mm-08 Rem., .308 Win. and .22-250 Rem. The Micro Midas is designed for smaller shooters, and is marked by its more compact length of pull, shorter overall length, and lighter weight than the other full-sized X-Bolt rifles offered by Browning. Browning recommends the rifle for hunting.

The X-Bolt Micro Midas features a steel receiver with low-luster blued finish. The receiver is glass bedded and drilled and tapped for scope mounts, though a scope and mounts are not included when purchased from the factory. The rifle has a 20″ barrel that is also finished in a low-luster blue. The hand chambered barrel is free-floating and includes a target crown to protect the rifling and preserve accuracy. The bolt is set at 60 degrees.

The Micro Midas features a checkered walnut stock with a satin finish. Its length of pull is 12.5″. The rifle also features a recoil pad and factory installed sling swivel pads. A three-level Feather Trigger, which comes on all X-Bolt rifles, is also included. It’s set at 3.5 lbs., but can be adjusted from 3-5 lbs.
