P2000 SK

The Heckler and Koch P2000 SK is a semi-automatic medium-frame pistol chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG. HK is a German arms manufacturer founded in 1949 and is headquartered in Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany.

The P2000 SK is a slightly larger version of the P2000, and is available in traditional double-action/single-action trigger mode and LEM/CDA trigger mode. The latter abbreviation signifies “Law Enforcement Modification,” or “Combat Defense Action.” This trigger system uses cocked striking component with a double-action hammer system, the result of which is a constant distance of trigger pull from the first shot to the last. This system is designed to increase ease of use and safety, while preventing unintended discharge.

The P2000 SK features include modular grip panels that allow the grips to be custom-fitted for superior ergonomics. Additional features include an ambidextrous magazine release, a Picatinny rail molded to the frame, and a hooked trigger guard. Lastly, the P2000 SK employs a 3-dot sighting system.
