500 Pump-Action Tactical Turkey Series

Mossberg 500 Pump-Action Tactical Turkey

The Mossberg 500 Pump-Action Tactical Turkey is a line of pump-action hunting shotguns chambered in 12 gauge. The 500 Tactical Turkey series comprises three of 38 Mossberg 500 Pump-Action variants.

What makes the Tactical Turkey unique to the series is that it features a 20″ steel barrel and an adjustable synthetic stock that’s available with a Mossy Oak New Break-Up or Real Tree Hardwoods HD-Green camouflage finish. It is also equipped with Mossberg’s patented adjustable trigger system.

This trigger, touted by the manufacturer as the first of its kind for pump-action shotguns, is user-adjustable to under 3 pounds.

The Mossberg 500 Pump-Action variants share a number of features including fiber optic sights that are brightly colored and easy to see, an ambidextrous safety, and a ported barrel, which reduces recoil and minimize muzzle jump.

As the name suggests, Mossberg recommends the 500 Tactical Turkey for turkey hunting.
