Model 11 FLYXP3

The Savage Model 11 FLYXP3 is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Win. and .243 Win., .223 Rem., and 7mm-08 Rem. The Model 11 FLYXP3 is one of 15 rifles in Savage’s Package Series. Savage Arms was founded in 1894, and is headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts.

The FLYXP3 features a blued carbon steel barrel and a matte black synthetic stock. Additional features include cut checkering on grips and forend, swivel studs, and Savage’s AccuTrigger system. The AccuTrigger system features a dual-stage trigger design in which the first (vented) trigger acts to disengage a safety mechanism. Once this occurs, the second trigger can be depressed in order to activate the firing pin – the trigger assembly is also user-adjustable for weight of pull. The Model 11 FLYXP3 also includes a 3-9x40mm scope, mounted and bore-sighted.

Savage recommends the FLYXP3 for general hunting.
