Model 114 Classic

The Savage Model 114 Classic is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield, .270 Win., 7mm Rem. Mag., and .300 Win. Mag. The Model 14 Classic is one of eight rifles in Savage’s Classic Series. Savage Arms was founded in 1894, and is headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts.

The Classic features a blued carbon steel barrel finished in matte. The Classic also includes an American walnut stock finished in classic oil. Both grips and forend include checkering. Additional features include a hinged floorplate, swivel studs, a black forend cap, and Savage’s AccuTrigger system.

The AccuTrigger system features a dual-stage trigger design. The first (vented) trigger acts to disengage a safety mechanism, allowing the second trigger to be depressed in order to activate the firing pin. The trigger assembly is also user-adjustable for weight of pull. The Model 14 Classic is drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
