In 1984, Ike came to America from Greece with less than fifty dollars in his pocket and a dream. He wanted to become an American. Not only did that dream come true, but he had a very successful career in law enforcement, as well as a wonderful family.

An Excellent Time to Own a Gun

Having experienced first hand what's going on with law enforcement these days, he thinks it’s an excellent time for every American family to buy a gun. He personally owns many firearms. Although he has a particular fondness for vintage guns, especially from his native Greece, he is also very partial to AR-15s. A few years back, he bought a Battle Arms Development BAD-PDW. He tricked it out with a collapsible stock, front grip, light, red dot, and a suppressor.

“It is very accurate, and it is extremely loud without the suppressor,” Ike said with a smile. He felt compelled to own at least one firearm that represented the country that gave him freedom and allowed him to pursue his dreams. So, he had it cerakoted to resemble the American flag.

Proud to be an American

“Being American, I felt as though I should have at least one weapon that resembles the United States," he said. “I love the United States. It made me who I am today. It gave me all of these opportunities to be who I am today.”
