Favored among firearms enthusiasts and history buffs the Smith Wesson Model 10 is a double-action 6-shot revolver that was originally known as the .38 Hand Ejector Model of 1899 and was the companys first revolver to feature a cylinder release on the frames left side similar to the Colt M1889. Available in a number of variations barrel lengths and calibers it was well-received among civilians military and law enforcement alike. Still in production after more than a century employing classic design with modern upgrades the Model 10 has experienced worldwide popularity.
