Montana-based Shield Arms rolled into SHOT Show with a new service for the Glock 43X and Glock 48. Most owners of these Glock models are probably already familiar with Shield Arms, since the company makes some of the best aftermarket magazines in the industry for these two pistols. Now Shield is adding a custom shop feature to its already large array of offerings.

The Grip Chop service being offered by the company will allow the guns to take much smaller, more concealable 10-round magazines in addition to Shield's 12, 15, and 25-round magazines (that 25-rounder is new for this year as well). Chopping down the height while keeping the longer sight radius allows this gun to be ultra-concealable even under tighter clothing.

Now that's a tiny mag.
Shield Arms has also incorporated all its magazines into the updated SA-15 folding carbine platform. Everything from the 10-round to the 25-round magazine is now ready to go in the folding carbine that looks like it’s just begging for a backpack setup.
