Yes! KelTec Doubled Down on Clip-Fed: Meet the PR-3AT .380 ACP Rotary Pistol
It’s not a mag, it’s a clip.”
For SHOT Show 2026, the wunderkind of clever gun designs, KelTec, dropped another clip-fed, rotary-barrel pistol. This time, it’s in .380 ACP … and holds 13+1 rounds.

Like the similarly clip-fed PR-5.7, chambered for 5.7mm NATO and released at last year’s SHOT Show, the PR-3AT’s unique rotary barrel and internal magazine allow it to remain strikingly small and slim.
This top-loading design is ultra-lightweight at just 9.66 ounces unloaded, making it just about an ounce lighter than the 10+1 Ruger LCP Max in .380 ACP. Though, the PR-3AT offers three extra rounds.
There’s no magazine with this gun. Loading is done through the open action with two seven-round stripper clips. Keep in mind that this is a self-defense gun meant for all-day concealed carry, and it’s extremely rare for any self-defense situation to involve more than five shots.
KelTec kept this gun minimalist to the core, but it also brought the PR-3AT to market with an optics-ready option.
Color choices include black, tan, and green. You can get it with an optic installed as well, and 10-round options are available for the less-free states. (Image: KelTec)
