This year at the firearms industry SHOT Show event in Las Vegas, Mantis showcased its expanded lines with some impressive updates. The company’s goal is to make training exciting, keep you engaged, and get you serious about getting on target... fast.
TitanX Laser Training Pistol
The TitanX hit the market in late 2025. This is a completely inert laser training gun that comes with two magazines and is cut for RMR, RMS, and RMSc optics. It is rechargeable and uses a USB-C port to charge. The TitanX has a 4.5-pound trigger with a crisp reset, making it a realistic simulation of many common handguns.
The TitanX fires a laser that, along with Mantis sensors, measures everything from your trigger pull and holster draw to your overall accuracy and speed. It measures everything, including your splits and transitions.
Better yet, it’s an affordable training alternative to live-fire range time and far more engaging than normal dry-fire practice. Plus, you can use it anywhere and train in the comfort of your own home if you want.
Mantis also integrated the MantisX app with the Laser Academy app. This gives you the analytics and diagnostics for every shot, and the Laser Academy shows your point of impact, splits, and muzzle movement.
New BlackbeardX Models
Not yet released, but new for 2026, Mantis will be releasing several new BlackbeardX models.
The BlackbeardX allows you keep dry firing while the system resets the trigger on your rifle or large-format pistol.
Some of the new additions include BlackbeardX models for the CZ Bren 2, AKM, 9mm PCCs built on AR platforms, HK MP5, along with the FN SCAR 17S and 20S.
Raven System
The Mantis Raven system is a full integration of Mantis products. Run from the app on your phone, this virtual-reality simulator pairs with a projector and any one of Mantis’s many laser-training products.
This system displays competitions, targets, scenarios, and fun games using a projector.
This interactive system is not only extremely affordable, but it’s also a great way to engage with your firearms and train on the basics in a dynamic environment. It allows you to work on things like your draw under pressure, your transition between targets, your trigger control, and much more.
The Raven makes training fun while honing your skills at the same time, all in the comfort of your own home.
