The DD4 RIII is the latest AR-15 rifle from Daniel Defense and features the company’s new RIS III handguard. The RIS III features M-LOK slots instead of Picatinny rails to help reduce weight while maintaining modularity for customization. Like the previous RIS II, the RIS III handguard is built tough with a solid lock-up that will maintain zero for sights and lasers while standing up to any abuse in the field, during a course, or on the range.
The DD4 features a 16-inch barrel with a mid-length gas system and removable flash hider along with Daniel Defense’s signature rubber overmold pistol grip and buttstock. This model is a capacity-compliant version and ships without a magazine.
