FN SCAR 17S DMR
Product Information & Specs
The SCAR-17 was initially developed for use by the special forces as a high-performance battle rifle and has been released as a commercial variant to bring that performance to the civilian market. The rifle features a reversible charging handle and adjustable gas block along with flip-up iron sights and a full top rail for mounting desired optics. FN has updated the SCAR design to include a non-reciprocating charging handle (NRCH). The non-reciprocating charging handle prevents hand strikes by the charging handle during cycling, allowing a wider degree of shooting stances to be used.
This model is chambered in 6.5mm Creedmoor and features an FDE finish. The DMR model features a precision stock for improved ergonomics and comfort for long-distance shooting. One 10-round magazine is included.
