The Iver Johnson Arms Hawk Commander HAWK45P is a Series 70 single-action 1911-style pistol chambered in .45 ACP with 8+1 capacity and 4.25-inch ported barrel. It features a matte black steel frame and serrated slide with beavertail, checkered double diamond walnut grips, flat serrated steel mainspring housing, Novak LoMount rear sight, dovetail front sight, and front/rear serrations. The forged slide and cast frame receive CNC machining and hand-fitting for tight tolerances, with slide stop, thumb safety, finger relief cut, and no firing pin block.
