The Model 1895 Big Bore is a lever action centerfire rifle. All variants feature a solid top receiver hammer block safety and side ejection. The base model features an American black walnut pistol grip stock with cut checkering and Mar-Shield finish blued finish 22 barrel with deep cut Ballard-type rifling adjustable semi-buckhorn folding rear and ramp front sights and tubular magazine. Other variants may sport a 16.5 or 18.5 barrel stainless steel metal parts large loop lever straight grip stock Skinner peep sight or Picatinny rail. (The Model 1895SBL is jokingly specified as appropriate for hunting T. Rex on the manufacturers website as it was used against one by the protagonist in Jurassic World.)
