The PPQ 22 variant brings all the ergonomics and features of the PPQ in a platform chambered for .22 LR, making it an excellent target shooting pistol for the range or pest control. Retained features include the redesigned slide serrations and grip contours for maximum comfort and ease of use, while the ambidextrous slide stop and reversible magazine release allows for ease of use by both right and left-handed shooters. The addition of an accessory rail also allows for quick mounting of lights and lasers.

They come with the original accessories, the original case, and a card from Walther confirming their reconditioned status. This model features a 5-inch barrel and includes two 12-round magazines.
