With CZ USA announcing a full-flavored PCC variant of the new Scorpion 3 + just in time for the NRA Annual Meetings, we had to swing by, and, well ... Czech in for more details.

The Scorpion 3+ line debuted originally last year with a pistol that upgraded the standard Scorpion 3 by giving it improved ergonomics, ambidextrous controls – including a new ambi bolt catch – and an ambi AR-style mag release.

Now, the company has gone full carbine mode in a series complete with a 16.3-inch barrel with a faux suppressor and the iconic EVO-style side-folding collapsible stock.

As part of improvements to the lower receiver, the 9mm PCC has a redesigned magwell that has been resized, which CZ says adds more area on the handguard for large or gloved hands. (Photo: Guns.com)

Weight, with a 20-round empty mag, is 6.8 pounds. Note the new style of sights, which allow a better lower one-third co-witness with optics. (Photo: Guns.com)

The new CZ Scorpion 3 + 9mm Carbine has an MSRP of $999.
