Taurus has stretched its well-received GX4 micro compact 9mm pistol slightly to give it a bigger capacity and better ergos.
If you look at the original 11+1 capacity GX4 as a budget answer to the SIG P365 and Springfield Armory Hellcat, the new and improved GX4 Carry is the echo to the P365XL and Hellcat Pro models. Optics-ready with a Holosun K footprint and Glock-pattern sight dovetails, it boasts a 15+1 round flush-fit magazine capacity. It also picks up a Picatinny accessory rail, which is hard to find in the micro 9 pistol market – just available on the P365 XMacro.

Weight, unloaded, is 21.5 ounces, while height is 5.15 inches. (Photo: Taurus)
Other standard features include a DLC-coated barrel and Teflon-coated operational control parts for durability, a flat-faced serrated trigger, a reversible magazine release, and a semi-customizable grip via a trio of removable backstraps.
The MSRP is $504.99, and it ships with two magazines.
