CZ Rolls Into SHOT Show 2024 With New Shadow 2 Compact & .22 LR Scorpion
CZ is always an exciting booth to visit at SHOW Show, and 2024 was no exception. CZ brought out the new CZ Shadow 2 Compact. It was just launched a few months ago, and we got to test it out on the range. Not only was the Shadow 2 compact there, but nine-time world champion Eric Grauffel was there to show it off.
The Shadow 2 Compact is designed to merge a race gun with the needs of the concealed carry community. All the features that make the Shadow 2 fast and accurate are still there, but the aluminum frame, shorter barrel, and slide optimize it for concealed carry.
This handgun is like having a sports car that you can drive every day.

The Shadow is optics cut, includes an extended magazine release, and features CZ’s beautiful textured grips, all while rocking a 15-round capacity.

CZ also expanded its extremely popular CZ Scorpion EVO line by adding a rifle chambered in .22 LR. Now you can train on the extremely popular platform with inexpensive ammo. The rifle has a different muzzle brake and feeds from CZ’s 10-round magazines. On the range, the rifle was familiar and easy to make accurate shots with speed.
All these products are being launched with CZ’s new lifetime barrel warranty. Moving forward, CZ plans to stand by the quality of its barrels by offering barrel replacement if there is any damage or perceived loss of accuracy. The Czech-based company wants all its products to last and shoot as accurately as they did when they first left the factory.
