CZ has developed a super sweet Target model of its renowned single-action Shadow 2 series 9mm pistols, one primed for use in Bullseye matches.
While the number of American Bullseye shooters is declining due to the many optics classes available, they are still around, and the discipline is bustling in Europe, especially Germany. With that in mind, CZ has introduced the new Shadow 2 Target models in both 5- and 6-inch formats. These guns are competition-ready with polished and hand-fitted cold hammer-forged barrels, an enlarged undercut on the trigger guard, improved surface controls, fully adjustable target sights on a long radius, and a five-position adjustable trigger.
The new CZ Shadow 2 Target models are developed with the assistance of sport shooting legend Éric Grauffel, who has earned eight overall IPSC Handgun World Champion titles and an amazing 191 IPSC President Medals.

The CZ Shadow 2 Target will be available in 5-inch (left) and 6-inch formats. Its overall length is 8.5 and 9.8 inches, respectively. Its weight ranges from 43 to 45 ounces. The current colorways are black with red accents.
Note the fully adjustable LPA target sights with a long sight radius.
The series runs traditional Shadow 2 pattern 17-round magazines.
Note the slide serrations and profile.
The flat trigger is fully adjustable for pull position (five-way), pull travel and overtravel.
While there is no accessory rail, the CZ Shadow 2 Target can add weights.
The CZ Shadow 2 Target series will be carried in the U.S. through Talo's dealers' network (which is pretty large), so the possibility to get one very soon is likely. The ask will be in the $2,599 area.
James Reeves at TFB TV got a chance to talk to Karl with CZ about the new pistol and has the breakdown below.
