HUXWRX Demos 3D-Printed Flow Range 36, Shotgun-Ready Ventum 12k Suppressors
OK, stay with me for one second because this one is a bit of a mouthful: HUman eXposure WoRKshop (HUXWRX) Safety Company. As the name implies, HUXWORX focuses on shooter safety. Or, as the company describes its mission statement, “de-risking high-velocity events.”
Toward that end, HUXWRX was on hand at SHOT Show 2025 with some of its newest suppressors. We got some shooting experience with the company’s cans before hitting the showroom floor to dig into the details.
Instead of forcing individual users to tweak their own firearms and ammo to achieve reliability when shooting suppressed, HUXWRX’s suppressors focus on a more streamlined approach.
Flow-Through Technology
“We are the pioneers of Flow-Through Technology,” said Brett Kleypas of HUXWRX Safety Co. “Obviously, part of our technology is to reduce the back pressure and debris back in the action of the weapon system and then also in the operator’s face … every time you shoot, you’re getting that little puff of gas and carbon.”

Flow-Through Technology addresses that issue in a user-friendly way. No more tweaking gas blocks, buffer weights, or buffer springs. All of that can be a tedious pain and can impact even a new rifle’s reliability.
“From the weapon’s side, using Flow-Through Technology mitigates all of that,” noted Kleypas. “You’re not seeing the increase in bolt velocity as you usually would on a semi-auto weapon system. You’re also not getting all that carbon and debris and the toxic gases back in the end user’s face.”
Meet the Flow Range 36 Ti
For SHOT Show 2025, HUXWRX showcased its new HUXWRX Flow Range 36 Ti suppressor. Rated for up to .338 Lapua Magnum, this quiet-time can is made from 3D-printed titanium and sports HUXWRX’s Flow-Through Technology. The lightweight design supports multiple calibers while also sporting some very handy features.

Those features include its enhanced GeoFlash Cap that reduces muzzle flash and special lugs that make installation hassle-free, even when fitting the can around handguards. Better yet, this suppressor can run on everything from pistols and submachine guns to carbines and full-length rifles.
“Having a .338-rated can that you can hang off the end of a handgun and not induce malfunctions is a pretty big deal,” added Kleypas. “Being able to 3D print these allows us to print shapes that you can’t CNC machine, and that allows us to be more efficient with the flow-through and reducing the high-pressure gas back into the action of the weapon system.”
Shotgun-Ready Ventum 12k

The big-bore Ventum 12k was made with an eye toward military and law enforcement door breachers. It’s not just the sound of a shotgun that poses a risk to these operators who use the guns for breaking through doors.
“The design was to reduce concussive forces felt by breachers, causing brain damage,” said Kleypas. “Our name is HUXWRX Safety Company, which is Human Exposure Safety Company. So, our big focus is safety of the end user, and it’s not just saving eardrums. It’s how can we have an effect on the longevity of human life while operating weapons in a professional capacity, but also a commercial capacity.”
This suppressor comes with an aggressive set of teeth on the front. That seems very appropriate for a muzzle device made to fit on the business end of a tactical breaching shotgun. It was developed in conjunction with Genesis Arms’ shorty GEN-12 SBM line of shotguns and came out just last year.
