A lot of folks are familiar with B&T but don’t know that the company is one of the top suppressor manufacturers in the world. Despite all its military contracts, B&T takes time and effort to make products for the domestic market, displaying some impressive new designs at SHOT Show 2025.

Print-XH

The Print-XH (hybrid) suppressor is B&T’s new flagship can. This new design incorporates 3D printing, giving the company the ability to form metal in more unique ways than previously possible. The Print-XH suppressors have a hub connection in the back that works with quick-detach muzzle devices or direct-thread adapters.

The titanium sleeve construction with Inconel baffles makes the Print-XH incredibly light. The SC can weighs around 9 ounces, and the full size weighs around 11 ounces without the hub.

The Print-XH line is “hybrid” because of its titanium/Inconel construction, keeping it light while retaining full auto durability. The suppressors survived SOCOM testing, as most B&T products are made to withstand strict military testing. The lightweight suppressor line also features a custom end cap designed to reduce spark and flash.

The Print-XH line will come in several calibers and is now available exclusively through Silencer Shop, with units in hand and shipping. It is worth noting that for the first few months of 2025, B&T is picking up the tax stamp bill for anyone who buys through Silencer Shop.

Tiger 22

The Tiger 22 is B&T’s new .22 suppressor. The design is similar to the Print-XH, with a lightweight construction capable of heavy-duty use. There were also several Cerakote options available for the .22-caliber Tiger.

Vers36-XM

Chris Mudgett from B&T informed us that the company’s number one request from customers was for a budget can. I think B&T cans are already competitively priced, but the company responded by releasing a can that can basically do everything you want.

Chris said that the company would never sacrifice quality, but wanted to offer something that would maximize the value of a single suppressor. The Vers36-XM is the first suppressor that covers everything from .22 to 9mm handguns to .338-caliber Magnum cartridges. This can also uses the lightweight hybrid titanium/Inconel design. The hub connection in the back can accommodate QD muzzle devices, direct-thread adapters, or pistons for adaptation to semi-automatic handguns.

Summary

There is a reason so many militaries and agencies around the globe trust B&T with their suppressor needs. Unlike some other brands, B&T does not take a snooty approach and outprice the same tech and designs they build for military use to the point that its products not feasible for the domestic market. On the contrary, the company’s goal is to make the same technology accessible and affordable to everyone.
