Ruger Salutes Factories with New 2025 'Street Edition' SR1911s
Ruger is honoring its four primary facilities across the country with a limited edition of engraved SR1911 pistols chambered in venerable .45 ACP.
These "Street Edition" SR1911s share the same black anodized lightweight aluminum Commander-style frame and 4.25-inch barrel format. Each carries the same basic engraving on the stainless steel slide – the Ruger logo and an American bald eagle among scrollwork. Other standard features include a polished titanium feed ramp, a skeletonized trigger and hammer, a titanium firing pin, Novak sights, flat mainspring housing, and an oversized beavertail grip safety and ejection port.
What sets these guns apart are the grips – different on each of the four editions – and that each carries the street address of one of four Ruger facilities engraved on the slide. Production will be limited to 500 of each.

Each will ship with two seven-round stainless steel magazines and a bushing wrench, with an MSRP of $1,899. For reference, a standard, non-engraved, Ruger SR1911 Lightweight Commander has an ask of $1,279.
