Trijicon is one of the most respected names in the optics business, and we got a sneak peek at its 2026 lineup at the firearms industry’s biggest stage, SHOT Show 2026, in Las Vegas.

While the company expanded its well-liked tactical lines, the real surprise was how heavily it leaned into hunting optics this year. Check it out.

Credo & Credo HX Upgrades

Trijicon’s family of hunting and sport shooting optics is already impressive, but it became even more user-friendly in 2026. The company is shifting to toolless adjusters on many Credo HX models, including the 2.5-10x56, 2.5-15x42, 2.5-15x56, and 4-16x50.

All feature an LED-illuminated reticle in red and green, a 30mm tube, and offer up to 100 MOA of adjustment. Elevation adjusters will now be toolless, easier to set, and offer return-to-zero functions. Meanwhile, windage adjusters remain capped for protection, each using 1/4-MOA clicks.

Another less splashy upgrade, but no less cool, is the addition of a sleek color. The Credo 1-8x28 riflescope family will soon be available with a coyote-brown anodized finish. That won’t replace the standard matte black but is sure to be popular with hunters and tactical shooters alike, especially those preferring color-matched combinations with popular camouflage and Cerakote firearm finishes.

AccuPoint 1-8x24

A new addition to the AccuPoint line of riflescopes, this one is purpose-built for dangerous game hunters and has our attention. The AccuPoint 1-8x24 riflescope was developed with extensive feedback from professional hunters with experience ranging from Alaska to Africa.

A new Hunter Holds MOA reticle is tailored to big-bore, dangerous-game cartridges to be zeroed at 50 yards while providing 50-yard hold points out to 250 yards. Like earlier AccuPoint models, this newbie features the tritium and fiber-optic illuminated reticle and a dual-illumination system that is free from batteries.

There’s also a military-grade aluminum body, tool-free zeroing turrets, dry-nitrogen fill, and the optics are zero-tested to 5,000 rounds and performance-tested from -20 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit in what Trijicon calls “Alaska to Africa Tested.”

RMR Type 2 Green Dot

This one was actually announced just before SHOT Show 2026, but it’s our first look at the anticipated optic. The green dot version of Trijicon’s popular RMR Type 2 adjustable LED reflex sight is also USA-made and widely tested, from dangerous game hunting to law enforcement, military, and tactical markets.

The optic is built of forged 7075-T6 aluminum to Mil-Spec standards. Its patented shape is engineered to direct stress away from the lens while absorbing impacts. It weighs only 1.2 ounces.

That RMR Type 2 Green Dot features a button-lock mode that prevents accidental adjustments to your preferred brightness. A battery-conservation mode extends battery life after 16.5 hours with a button push without ever shutting itself off, and the CR2032 battery lasts up to two years at the mid-setting.
