New: Henry Drops Deadeye Revolvers in .357 Mag & .22 Cal
Wisconsin-based Henry Repeating Arms has a pair of new wheel guns on offer for fans of accurate, American-made revolvers: the H16 Golden Boy Deadeye in .22 S/L/LR and H17 Big Boy Deadeye in .357 Mag/.38 Spl.
The new double-action guns are built on the standard Golden Boy and Big Boy revolvers but feature upgraded fiber-optic front sights and adjustable rears. The rimfire Golden Boy Deadeye has a 10-round cylinder that can run .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle. Meanwhile, the magnum-rated Big Boy Deadeye offers six rounds of either .357 Magnum or .38 Special.
“Listening to our customers is paramount to how we build firearms and decide what’s coming next,” said Anthony Imperato, founder and CEO of Henry Repeating Arms. “The Deadeye revolvers directly reflect what our customers asked for. They wanted the same revolvers they already enjoy, with more functionality in the sights, and that’s exactly what these new models deliver.”

Both guns are available with either a gunfighter or birdshead grip and feature a nice, deep blued finish on the polished steel frame. The grips are American walnut, and Henry adorned the trigger guard and backstrap with brass.
There’s also a 4-inch, round-profile barrel and a quick-takedown cylinder system, which is activated by a small switch inside the trigger guard for easy cleaning. Henry makes all its guns right here in the United States, and they’re backed by the company’s lifetime warranty.
MSRP for the new magnum Big Boy Deadeyes and rimfire Golden Boy Deadeyes clocks in at $970.
