Primary Weapons Systems has unveiled a light, compact new option in 7.62 caliber sound suppression representing what PWS calls “a significant step forward in suppressor technology.” The BDE762K-TI is 3D-printed from Grade 5 6AL-4V aerospace titanium, making it stronger than a traditional titanium design.

PWS uses an advanced additive manufacturing process that optimizes internal geometry to strengthen the design but keeps the can light. A monocore baffle assembly means the serialized entrance chamber is separate from the baffle monocore and end cap, making cleaning and maintenance easy.

The suppressor uses a universal 1.375x24 TPI thread pattern and includes PWS’s universal PUB mount. As the compact “K” variant in the company’s BDE 7.62 lineup, the BDE762K-TI measures just 6.625 inches in length and weighs 13.6 ounces (both measurements are with the included PUB mount installed).

Rated for calibers up to .300 Winchester Magnum, the BDE762K-TI is meant to be a versatile can for use across multiple platforms. Its rugged DLC exterior coating protects against wear and environmental exposure, while taper-threaded baffles help prevent carbon locking and loosening over time. And that exterior doesn’t just look cool – the texturing cuts down on heat mirage to help maintain a clear sight picture during heavy fire.

MSRP on the new BDE762K-TI is $749.95.
