On the heels of their overwhelmingly successful side-folding stock for the Ruger Mini-14 and 10/22 rifles, Samson Manufacturing has released the B-TM Folding Stock for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown.

Although Samson currently has a B-TM side-folder for the standard Ruger 10/22, as the name suggests, the Takedown version of the incredibly popular rifle comes apart in the middle. As a result, Samson had to cut the wood and accommodate for the controls.

According to Jon Bernashe from Samson, the stock is made from a single piece of wood cut in two. This ensures that the walnut wood grain matches perfectly.

The B-TM is available with either a stainless or black oxide finish. It is compatible with Samson’s existing B-TM accessories such as the barrel band, flash hider, swivel stud adapter, and sight package.

As the owner of a Samson Manufacturing A-TM Folding Stock and Hannibal Rail for my Ruger Mini-14, I can attest to the quality of these products. Compared to my original Ruger Side Folding Stock from the 1980s, the Samson Manufacturing stock is as good, if not better, than the original. Another perk of their products is that they're made in New Hampshire, USA.

Bernashe expects the B-TM Folding Stock for the Ruger 10/22 Takedown to be available at the end of February 2024.
