Personally, I can’t stand having dull knives. I believe a lot of us put up with it because it’s a pain to sharpen them. Well. I think I’ve found a quick, simple, and affordable solution. The Tri-Angle Sharpmaker by Spyderco.
SPYDERCO

Spyderco is a knife company based in Golden, Colorado. You may know them for their high quality knives. Their signature look on many of their knives is the hole in the blade. What you perhaps didn’t know was that Spyderco actually started out making knife sharpeners when they opened in 1978. It was only three years later that they made their first knife.
PARAMILITARY 2

I recently picked up a Paramilitary 2 knife from Guns.com. It is their most popular knife, and for good reason. It weighs almost nothing at 3.9 ounces. It’s razor sharp. The operation is smooth and easy. And the G10 grips not only look good, but feel great in the hand. I carry it with me every day.
At the same time I purchased the knife, I also picked up a Spyderco Tri-Angle Sharpmaker. I saw it demonstrated at the most recent SHOT Show, and I was sold.
SHARP BLADES

Setting up the sharpener is simple. The company has in depth tutorials online about to use it. It comes with two set of stones and guide rods to protect your hand when operating. The darker stones are to prepare very dull and burred blades. Once you have a decent blade, you switch the white stones. These take the blade to a very sharp finish.
I will say that you can’t get your blades to a surgical level with the Tri-Angle Sharpmaker. For that, there are other finer stones. However, the sharpener will take all of knives, including serrated blades, to a very sharp level.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS

I even tell my family and friends to bring their knives over when they visit so I can sharpen them. Now, all of our knives are sharp thanks to the Tri-Angle Sharpmaker by Spyderco. I personally think it's a fantastic product.
