The Glock 45 Gen 6 MOS combines full-size handling with a compact slide for optimal balance, control, and versatility. Built on an enhanced Gen6 ergonomic frame, it features refined grip texturing, an improved palm swell, and an integrated thumb rest for a secure, confident hold in any application. The 17-round capacity and compact slide/full-size frame pairing deliver excellent shootability for duty, defense, or range use.
Optic-ready MOS engineering allows seamless red dot integration, while the flat-faced trigger promotes consistent finger placement and a clean, predictable break. Glock’s SAFE ACTION® System provides three independent passive safeties that disengage with the trigger pull and automatically re-engage upon release, ensuring consistent, proven reliability in every shot.
