Kimber took everything shooters love about the 1911 — the crisp single-action trigger, the natural point-of-aim, the all-metal build quality — and shrunk it into a true micro-compact. At just over six inches and roughly 15.6 ounces, the Micro 9 carries all day without printing, while its low bore axis and 1911-style ergonomics keep it shooting like a much bigger gun. Standard features include a thumb safety, front and rear slide serrations, a match-grade barrel, and 6+1 or 7+1 capacity depending on magazine, with finishes ranging from stainless to the operator-styled Rapide to snag-free Carry Melt variants. For shooters who want a serious 1911 trigger in a pocket-sized package, the Micro 9 is hard to beat.
